Bass Cabinet was born
Founded in 1977 by Ed Hamlin
Bass Cabinet began as a small manufacturing company in Mesa, Arizona, dedicated to building high-quality cabinets and vanities.
With just a few men and a small shop, Bass Cabinet founder, Ed Hamlin quickly found that he was on to something special. Before long, his relatively small operation had turned into a large-volume supplier with ever-growing demand in the home contracting industry.
Onward & upward
With Bass Cabinet's continued growth, opportunities for expansion came too
With the help of custom-made machinery, an exclusive interlocking dovetail assembly system, and a lot of research and hard work, Bass Cabinet broadened into distribution and DIY markets, as well as introduced new products and services.
The team developed, fine-tuned, and eventually patented the exclusive manufacturing and assembly process, which quickly became the global standard for ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinetry and furniture.
