Bass Cabinet is a fast-growing yet well-established company; we have been in business for over 40 years. We are looking for a highly motivated sales executive to help further expand our reach.

Candidates must have a strong background in business-to-business sales and account management. Construction and/or cabinetry experience is a must.

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that leverage our brand, reputation and expertise
  • Sell the organization's products and/or services to established customers and to new sales prospects within assigned territory
  • Develop sales quotes and proposals
  • Manage client accounts and provide outstanding follow-up customer service after the sale through project completion
  • Summarize and analyze sales-related data and translate that data into strategies that help development new product combinations and bundles


  • Construction industry experience a must; cabinet experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to develop productive client relationships
  • Ability to cross-sell and uncover bundled sales opportunities
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience with proven results
  • Experience in managing large accounts (> $1M)
  • 5 years of account management experience
  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or related field, or 8 years of proven experience in sales and account management
